I have located a presentation on the dimx website , a poster from 2018 describing phase2 fgs trial design which also contains graphic of proteinuria results from the basket ckd phase 2 trial you described, in 27 people done by each person, split by diabetes, iga n and "others".
---it isn't clear if anybody with fsg was included under the "others". if there weren't any fsg but they at least had some useful signal in iganeph then it is odd to me they went off after fsg and did not prioritise Igan in the follow up phase 2.
---so to me if there current fsg action3 trial when it reads out final results some time second half of this decade is positive then good for them BUT
---- going after fsg instead of iganeph history could say was a strategic blunder. they might have sewn up an even bigger global deal earlier.
