e-debit tax

Was proposed a while ago, should be looked at again.

A small tax applied to EVERY electronic transaction would rake in the amount needed to run the country.

ALL other taxes could be completely abolished except for company tax on profits and capital gains tax on investments.

Get rid of fuel tax, stamp duty, income tax, gst, alcohol duty, etc etc. Get rid of the whole bloody lot.

Just 3 taxes

e-debit tax
Company tax
Capital gains tax

No more tax returns, no more rorts, no more bs.

Simple, fair and unavoidable as it would clip the ticket at POS or transaction.

It would apply to every electronic transaction in Australia.
