China's modern wealthy populous are demanding cleaner - healthier living conditions so they can hang around longer and spend there new found riches - the govt is serious in implementing such and China's future exports of reo's and magnets will be reduced considerably for their own requirements which are already at play. Some of the wind projects are massive along with the well known EV growth which is outpacing forecasts.
Add the ROW and their shift and projections - just sets up an inbalance in supply looming.
