Completely agree that they cant say anything definitive.. and strategy wise, thats an option.

The issue here you may have missed is that they set the tone so poorly originally. Theres a question as to why? Secondly, they've repeated it, like either theyre incompetent or otherwise, guided by a 90's PR agency (just repeat your msg, stay on topic, dont be drawn....)

Given they have, as has been pointed out for months, the requirement is now to update. Results in the abscence of results are secondary.

Your point refocuses the situation on the 'base case' but unfortunately theres growing merit in the alternate cases as evidenced by the money flow.

The thing is they can update, even if to say theve unlocked, lost everything in a cyber attack, whatever... and they must be aware the market is jittery.. why havent they? Plays into J8s hands.

As I said in Jan. I wouldve over updated here, monthly, saying in advance I would. Why put SH into uncertainty? Lack of transparency and delay usually provides one outcome ....the one we see now.
