Some reports of cover ups in USA, and doctors also suggest that 21 day's may be incorrect that it could be over 51 days before symptoms are known? So many questions and what information can you trust?
I guess we don't know exactly what is possible with Ebola. I do know that the Russians have spent over 20 years trying to figure out a cure but have been unsuccessful. They were worried the the USA were going to weaponise it at some point.
