In the first official activity of 2017, ECT-India has submitted paperwork to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs:





According to Indian company law, the above auditor's form ADT-1 (dated 14/11) must be submitted within 15 days of an AGM, which tells me ECT-India's last roundtable was 30th Sept, and in keeping with our MPA due diligence.

In 2016, I reported the appointment of auditors for our Indian subsidiary. If we were employing the same firm, an ADT-1 would not be required. Meaning we have employed new auditors (IMO as part of our DD and probably interlinked with NLC/NMDC )
