If that’s the case Sholtz, and I have no reason to doubt you, then it’s a great relief to know. I couldn’t imagine what would happen to the sp if the Aug 31 deadline is not met and we had to go back to square one.
For me it’s absolutely critical to get this signed in August and start the build.
