Speaking of PD, I see his Options are to be issued at the lower of 0.042 or 50% above the 5 day VWAP prior to the meeting, so likely to be at under 0.02 at this rate of disinterest.
I have voted against Reso 6. A bit of a sneaky one IMO, but would have been happy for them to be written at 0.042.
I'm a small player with no material impact on the result, nevertheless feel an obligation to air my views via the voting machine
