I would recommend low dose aspirin such a cartia to thin the blood slightly for a start
but anybody that has symptoms of possible heart problems need to have the necessary
tests to diagnose if infact it does exist.
Omega 3 is useful for a lot of older peoples ailments and magnesium is handy for
the control of muscle cramps in my experience.
