I agree with the administrators that shareholders are unlikely to get anything at all if this offer is not accepted. CMR has been in administration for 30 months. Each day that passes hundreds of dollars of billable hours are being leached from the company by this pointless administration. I know some people are just happy to crystalise the loss; good luck to them I say. I also know some people would rather have nothing and maintain their stance of righteous indignation but for what? What sane person would prefer to receive nothing at all instead something (which could feaibly increase in value with time)? FOCR have done a great job on forcing the issue, now they need to understand that the law of diminishing returns is kicking in. I, for one, would prefer something over nothing. I don't feel the need to grind Gordon Toll or YA Global into the dust, I will leave that to the bigger fish out there.
