My understanding (which is only anecdotal) with vc idn deal was that the gpo wanted it way too cheaply which would have commoditized it. Still allowed to sell it but no purchasing contract as such.
Regarding Tga- there was talk of it being approved last period but alas. As far as revenue though, European 3d and Vascucel would have added 90% of that uplift. Again anecdotal.
