Same deal as in casinos with blackjack card counters; they are a law unto themselves. Slice winners, casinos don't actually like them. They do not advertise letting punters on to a stated amount because the big money is smart money. The dumb stuff is in the run-of-the-mill bets from the masses......it's safe and regular.

There is no incentive for MB to get involved. It's not the banks ripping off mums and dads with unfair charges and the MB knight in shining armour hero turns up to save the day. (and they get lots of future customers as a result of their good deeds and their brand and image move up a notch.) The person in the street couldn't care less that online bookies are restricting a few big punters getting set for big amounts - no fairytale story there. Nor could the gov't. Online bookies pay heaps of tax and fees, a money spinner (look at NT govt revenue figures) - govt aren't going to listen to a couple of disgruntled punters whose issue is purely greed and disrupt the applecart.

You'd better have a chat with MB yourself and get a reality check as to how things work in the legal world. Take all your supporting documentation (evidence) with you to identify the 'lost profits' you are referring to. The detailed evidence you present to MB or whoever, will allow them to assess whether or not you have a viable case. Evidence, evidence, evidence.

Make an appointment for Friday week before noon; the timeslot might just synchronise with your claim presentation.
