Two options - pay up the outstanding loan balance for shares that are worth toilet paper (actually that's not true - toilet paper is probably worth more in the current climate) OR choose not to pay up, lose the shares anyways and have ECT come after you for the outstanding loan balance. Your typical lose / lose scenario.
