Probably some truth in that comment - EMC "only" has 238m shares on issue relative to the 1+billion of EDE. Its not so easy to accumulate a pile of EMC shares that easily.
Still...EDE Mkt Cap is $427m Vs $187m for EMC
That can change in time.
Even a move to a Mkt Cap of just $250m equates to a $1.04/$1.05...
