weeben google/ look in a investor enclyclopedia or even maybe the ASX site for background info on IPO's, Stag Profits etc whatever. It can be seen as similar to a Trading Halt lift after significant news or something. Alternatively as a newbie you should just watch/research and study some examples of Floats first day/ first qtr/first Year listings. There's all these variations in Market Dynamics of setting a "fair value" price that can include the pump'n'dumpof the staggers.
