My theory on the oppies is that the SP will be pushed above 20c next year once all the Con Notes have been washed out and the oppies will be used as a source of capital for the company.
If the company achieves it's goal of profitability in 2019 I can't see the SP staying below the IPO of 20c because even with dilution it's still a small market cap and tightly held register with an unlimited source of revenue as the company grows. Also the disputed debts on the books may well be wiped by FY 2020 so there is a lot in the pipeline to potential push the SP up above the 25c strike price.
In regards to your 300k parcel, if you get nervous you always have the choice of selling the options on market as a trade when they increase in value to protect your capital if you don't want to wait for them to be in the money. I will be looking to free carry my options when they hit 2.4c so as to protect capital.
