I suspect the recent slump back towards the $2.30 offer price is a combination of instos selling down their newly acquired shares and us little guys selling before taking up the offer. I for one am short of cash so I sold some on Monday @$2.45 and will buy back in the offer. This means I end up with an additional 500 shares for free,
