It really looks to me that this strategic buyer is placing a wall at 6.5c, and absorbing everything slowly in random parcels from 6.6c - 7c. Certainly a great way to buy whilst maintaining good sentiment in the stock.
We can see that no one really has intention to sell at 6.5c, therefore any sniff of news should see this above 7 cents in the near term. If trading volume increases to the point of attracting active traders, this may finally see that big push towards the double digit mark.
In my opinion, a matter of time.
