You have to feel a little sympathy for Mr Aguis in his role of representing the CFMEU.
All the witnesses are basically saying the same things that paint the CFMEU in a very bad light.
He is "suggesting" that they did not "hear" or "see" conversations and actions that are in the witness statements.
I am sure that Heydon has made up his mind that all these witnesses have made up the content of their statements/sarc off
