Derivatives risk is a totally different subject to pricing risk.
Regarding derivatives risk, "Outstanding" refers to total market, whilst "Exposure" refers to naked risk. Pricing risk is the overall risk of asset/ debt value, but ironically, can be avoided with the use of derivatives.
