I don't understand... that is exactly what they are doing here. Yes it is taking a while but everything has delays. Also, yes they have been adding value other ways over the past 12 months, EUR is bottlenecked by this merger.
Just trust the process. You saw that MTAL took 5 amendments before an effective notice was issued. There are probably legal reasons why correspondence between EUR and SEC have not been disclosed.
I will stand up an applaud Tony and staff for what we are on the verge of! It's coming, stop being impatient.
