TESLA SLASHES PRICE OF FULL SELF-DRIVING CAPABILITY TO $8,000 Tesla Inc. lowered the price of the Full-Self Driving Capability software in its cars in the United States from $12,000 to $8,000, its website showed.
The move comes a day after the electric vehicle maker cut the prices of three of its vehicles, Model Y, Model X and Model S, by $2,000. Earlier this month, Tesla decreased the subscription fee for the Full Self-Driving (FSD) package from $199 to $99 per month.
