Thanks @Hiddenvalue. The other thing I'm curious about is the face value of convertible 'Note 1' to Lind. In the ASX announcement dated 25/09/18 & also in the AGM notice dated 30/10/18, the convertible security is described as having a face value of $9m, however in the Dec'18 quarterly, the convertible security is described as having a face value of $8.25m. I couldn't find anything in the financial statement that suggested an early repayment from BLK of $750k.
