I would have thought changes to executive personnel especially those charged with delivering the business outcomes is a material move and should be disclosed.
Otherwise it is a quiet assassination and attracts blame game thinking.
CEO is ultimately responsible and this has all happened on his watch.
He has been there to long and as it is all he has done, a lightweight when things get tough.
This is not the only non disclosure the IT incident has been swept as well.
