NWH is composed of three core businesses,
Current market cap would suggest that each of these business units is worth less than $12million which clearly does not sound right.
We know that Samsung and NWH have been making appearances in court but have not heard anything about the current situation and possible outcome from NWH. The late full year report would suggest they are awaiting protracted payments or negotiating a new contract, in the past they have timed announcement of new contracts with the release of their reports.
