Trading halts and suspensions are usually the time where those with vested interests go to work - desperately trying to people that the share price is going to rocket upon trading resumption, with a view to to create exit liquidity. When a stock has nearly halved in price, one should be especially suspicious.

It’s often accompanied with the usual propaganda such as: “this is a good capital raising” or “downrampers want your shares cheaply” or “ignore the shorters” and so on.

One only has to ask themselves why they are bothering when there is no trading, or to look at the outcome of the vast majority stocks’ share prices, after trading resumption, to see what follows.

You don't say? Short sellers also have vested interests, and are very clearly going to work in this period. This entire post can be applied to any party. Long, short whatever the hell you might be. Wait for the right info from management and act accordingly. What else can one actually do.
