USC, great call, I was clearly more pessimistic than you...your prediction was spot on.
In short, Alex B has learnt some lessons from ODN, with only 85% Dropmysite shareholder approval required as part of RTO....on balance this deal may move a lot quicker than ODN.
With former Google exec Elandari at the helm, and a growing cloud back up business with significant global partners, I think this stock is still undervalued at current price...even if there are 1B shares post RTO.
