if terrorist related (as mentioned in the story) then 95% confident that the perpetrators are the non muslim muslims ... you know the ones, that ones that yell allah akbar..go to the mosque and pray - but they are not muslims .. watso has no idea who they could be, but accepts the word of smarter people, like our PM, who obviously know better and who inform us, that these people are not muslims
