Yes, have watched it and agree it should be seen by anyone interested. Governments under Turnbull, Morrison and the current govt have created a crisis that we can hopefully capitalise on.
Neil has said in the past money will always find its way to investment opportunities, and these funds are likely to come from overseas. Look at Henry Hub price compared to gas price in Australia, we're 5-6 fold higher and the floor is effectively set at $12 due to government intervention. It's a no brainer for a US or overseas entity to invest in Queensland with such high returns on investment and an almost certain marker for the next 2-3 decades.
