you could update your timeline also for measuring the remainder of NEPA in calendar days not business days, I was going to double check it was measured in cal. Days, think I was told so in the 2023 public scoping meeting with the BLM, but todays announcement noting the 45day comment period is likely to start no later than 19/4 and will end 3/6 looks like they are measuring this stage of the process in cal. Days. Was why I thought a ROD Aug-sept was more likely than Oct-Nov but it does come down to the period between 3/6 and releasing the final EIS which we won’t really know.
