Fact finding missions

Please forgive the new thread.

I have been out of the loop here for a while and am now getting lost trying to find out what’s actually happening amidst a lot of strong opinions…

Can someone please provide a factual summary of what we are waiting for and a rough time line and possible outcomes.

From my understanding we were waiting for an ICC hearing. It seems we had a positive result last week, what else is left before this is behind us?
