Not sure about the legality aspect...or for that matter the ethics. Would not blatant ramping therefore be similiar. Are you suggesting that is there were no negative posts on HC re AVB the SP would be 10 cents or something??!!
In your research of my posts did you find the two or three times I made the call that AVB will never be below 6 cents again. No I have not been buying...did actually sell a few. Which I said at the time.
People can say what they like but always have been totally transparent about my holdings...and my losses. Have said a few times DML owe me $40K.
I do not buy the argument HC somehow effects SP. This was debated quite a deal on the OBJ thread over the weekend (boy do they have their true believers )
There was a whole weekend of over the top ramping going on post the AGM....the optimism was palpable.
Result Monday to SP....zilch.
