I think they could list Dia for between 25-50M depending on current EBIT.
After all they had Dia valued at around 20M euros I think it was in 2015.
In regards to talking to the company about options well, I made some suggestions before bailing because I wasn't confident after the original deal they would get it right.
Quite frankly I still don't hence why I am on the sidelines.
