Hi guys Off Towie 40c projection I thought it would be a good discussion to have of what is Fair value. I think it we have had a number of comparisons to date that suggests that on average valuation on resource to date we are somewhere between 75% -100% undervalued. However the further upside from a value and SP perspective is the addition of current drilling into resource numbers and the likely outcome of future drill results that will add similar high grade tonnage to the resource. Furthermore as mentioned before , results achieved by AVB are not outliers but rather the norm is surrounding world class projects . So with this in mind I think a price of somewhere between 15-20 is fair for where we are today but as further resource upgrades are released I think fair value will also increase in leaps and bounds . So in summary, I would be happy with 15-20 by Christmas and perhaps 20-30 over the course of the next calendar year
