From asx releases it is know that the rights went to Ms Emma Fairhurst to be transferred to a Canadian company
The deal is like the deal between NewPeak and Fairhurst but there is no payment
of 150 000 AUD to seller (Fairhurst).

The Golcap share price has climbed to 25 cents. It looks like NewPeak would be getting 4 million shares to be in theory worth 1 million and Fairhurst 1 million shares. However, 3 months ago Golcap´s share price was 2 cents, so that without further boosting the NewPeak expected cash increase may be very much reduced from the 1million CAD.
The deals between Fairhurst and NewPeak might be interpreted to be a swap where
overprized Finnish gold properties where swapped
for overprized new exploration permits for uranium and REEs on Inuit lands.

Interestingly Golcap share prize was firstboosted by a purchase of gold exploration rights, Kogaluk Gold Project, inNorthern Quebec. This appears to be a historic gold project which was abandonedin 1990¨s. There are 2 grab samples of 7 grams/ton and no drilling

The seller was not indicated but it is likely Emma Fairhurst or a related party. Golcap
has been financed by Fairhurst´s Crest resource and company releases are written by the same computer.
Evidence includes: The Golcap pdf has a template name "RSU PlanTermination"
which appears also be a mistakenly copied name in last Crest Resource releases.

Kogaluk is in Northern Inuit region of Quebec like the properties sold to NewPeak.
