Perhaps the Punting operatives as highlighted here; may systematically invest heavily on Super Tab Quaddies where the the Betting Pools are very large!
Many Victorian Quaddies seem to turn out, at least One Winner at odds above $15.00. ( Oh, and check out the main Caulfield Quaddie last Saturday).
