FAR Research, Positives & Negatives

Hello All,

Not an investor, but considering it.  After research, this is the positives and negatives about this stock IMO,

Positives;

• I follow its largest shareholder closely, FARJOY, they are very astute investors.  They had massive share in AJM and sold most of it recently.  My system (service) also tracks top 20 shareholders for investor who want to follow major shareholders of companies to see what they are investing in
• It scored an 8 with my investment score
• Spend decent money on exploration
• No Debt
• Strong cashflow

Negatives;

• To many shares, its diluted
• 2 CR’s in last 8 months
• No one on the board or senior management have put money into shares of this company from what I can see
• Senior Managements pays are too high for a company NOT making a profit yet
