Perhaps I need to rephrase my previous post
It is known that Israel is the beneficiary of massive US aide and I would think that Australia contributes to their coffers as well.
It is also known that Israel conducts military operations in Gaza on a regular basis and it is also known that a disproportionate percentage of the victims of those campaigns are civilian, including schoolchildren.
I for one would like to see that aide ( which would likely come from taxpayers) cut until Israel can convince the world that it will negotiate fairly, abide by international law, and particularly until the atrocities in Palestine stop
