I remember sitting with a bunch of builders at the AGM a few years ago in Perth , the guys at my table were all structural engineers who owned a couple of modular home companies, and they were totally against HX as many others also ! Poker faced but in the end are using it not to mention any names . Everyone of who was who in the industry at that time were there to see what Mike had to say, sadly many have gone under since then . Times are a changing and those who are stuck in time will become the “KODAK MOMENT” that’s a sure thing imo . I remember Hockey was going to meet some of us SH there but he got a bad flu .
