As these amounts signify that the banks are not complying with the law as to having the correct reserves why are they not declared bankrupt by the government ??
Also as usual taxpayers money is being diverted from the correct running and safety of the country to fill the coffers of the ultra rich.
What does their constitution say about that -- improper use of the taxes
