Just heard a report that the ship put out a mayday call before hitting the bridge and they had closed off the bridge to traffic. Two people have been saved and they think 7-20 people missing. Given the cold water anyone in the water would not survive for more than an hour or two.
It's a disaster but hate to think how much worse it would have been if it was during the day with much more traffic on the bridge
