Hi Penny, Yes there is almost always money to be made in property, we have bought and sold a lot since we arrived here. Many old dumps in the country, which were unloved, we rescued. Seriously hard work though, often staying in dodgy hotels for a few nights, where you had to walk down creepy corridors to have a pee. We used to take our dog in the room, they didn’t mind.
We had fun and made some money too. But everyone has to start somewhere, forget the 4 x 2, now people are looking at 3 x 1’s or even 2 bedders. Many young people have left it so late though.
So yes good at property, rubbish at shares. Having said that I am just holding what I have, I did a lot of research on the majority.
But money is not the number one thing, we need peace in the world.Oh dear I feel a song coming into my head.
