    Like you get up in the morning and a small thing goes wrong and you say to yourself, it's going to be one of those days, and guess what, your wish comes true, because you or we, were the driver of it, with our mind set.
    So the obvious is, start your day with a different outlook.

    If you're one for reading books -> one I read many years ago which I purchased through an Australian net working company, called Personality Plus by a Laurence somebody.
    Learn about others (in a short brief moment) by learning about yourself first.

    They say that we are all one of four personalities.
    Often you will be say 75% of one and 25% of another.
    The aim, after answering many questions with four options to select from and you tick the box which best fits you for each question.
    Then the results are added at the end and it will tell you what your personality is and it's mix.

    Obviously you need to answer the questions as truthful as you can, to get the true results or perhaps do is again once or twice down the track, as you will probably know yourself better by then.

    Then it has a list of all your qualities and downfalls.
    The aim is to work through or with your good points and aim to slowly improve your bad points, whether they be negativities thoughts or whatever.

    So, it's probably more about getting to know the in's and out's of ones self, but at the same time, you will see or know, relatively early other peoples personalities and how best to deal with them, or what to expect from them.
