I agree on the garden thing. There wouldn’t be a day I’m not in the garden poking around in some way. I am not a couch potato either but I haven’t done a solid long walk for a while. Usually when I do my right hip hurts after a while and I don’t enjoy that much. Yesterday was an exception so I’m hoping that’s a good sign and I can up the exercise.

no you hadn’t said the doctor was from NZ. There are a few of us over here though. I haven’t needed a doctor in a while and I’m going to work on not needing one but I haven’t forgotten the suggestion.
