But at a 15% discount to the 10c price that had been established before the astute investors got wind of the CR

.....and at WHAT discount to the perceived "fair value" of the company ?? Malcy says FAR must be worth 20 on a bad day that makes for a 57.5% discount.

Sure, SH's can now go out and buy more at the issue price, but all our existing shares have been devalued to the new baseline set by this CR.

"Heavily oversubscribed" = should have done much better.
