pretty sure they woud have been advised by their lawyers not to comment in any way as the court case is still ongoing.. ??? i cant see why there is such a big fuss.. while the court case is open i dont expect any commentary from the company and personally i think its better that we don't highlight to the whole industry via a company announcement/s that we are in court ... they have let us shareholders know quite clearly they deny the accusations so lets leave it to the court to decide and we will hear in due course imo..
