Guys don't wanna say this, I think the department most concerned about your case could be Centrelink. ASX and ASIC do not look after personal investment decisions that would have occurred at a loss for you.
There are mainly cases of losses out there, so Gina Rineharts acquisition of Atlas Iron of 4.6c per share, when back then Atlas Iron went to as high as $4 per share. So are you gonna blame Gina for her cunningness? or investors bad decisions buy at $4?
Who could also forget Kerry Stoke's genius Seven Group takeover of Nexus Energy at 2c per share, when the stock was trading last at 4.6c per share? given Seven was the holder of all the companies debts in Nexus. There are many cases regarding or not regarding overseas companies. So where do you go there?
Also formerly listed 1 Page (1PG) was also a flop.
