If saudi/WB doesn’t go binding very soon after this build completion. IMO be prepared to wait many months for any news and a significant retrace. A massive cash injection to merit building MANY more HX’s is the only way the SP goes significantly north. Unlikely with covid.
While it seems significant, really this build was done/tech proven out the back of fbr headquarters a year ago...
If this build isn’t enough for binding deals to be signed almost immediately, i dont know what else could be done.
Saying that, while highly unlikely IMO, if all the stars align and KSA, WB and Mexico could all go binding within weeks of each other. If that happens and covid isnt a factor, well....
