I for one dont really understand the amazing media frenzy and "outrage" over what this guy did.

Sure...there may have been some inherent rsiks....

But parents - everyday - place their kids in similar and far more dangerous places...

...with no problems being seen.

Regularly I see guys riding their bikes with their young kids strapped to their backs...on busy roads...with a risk of an accident extremely high.

Kids riding around in cars with no seat belts.
