What date should we expect Finance announcement?

Is it possible that there is another option on the cards, US? or maybe even BR or Glencore stepping in?
Would be good to get Ann soon as further delays would just seem to be giving the naysayers ammunition!!.......be nice to hear something to silence those who don't see the bigger picture.
